Default Latest Thread from Specified Forum?
Would it be possible for the following modification to be created?

I would like for the latest posted thread from a specified forum to be displayed, nothing too demanding but allows for easier access to some of our more essential forums such as Announcements. Information regarding people's opinions of this addition and its "do-ability" are welcome
