Reputation characters mod

See, I really would like a mod about reputation that:

For "x" number of characters in a post, your user gains a reputation level point.

Also

For "x" number of characters in a post, your user loses a reputation level point.

And

Choose to wich forum use/don't use this option.

If I'm asking this is because I'm not a coder, I guess this is not much to ask. So please, if it's in your hands, I would really apretiate if you make this mod.
