Inform member of their deleted post/thread?

Does this exist already? I've searched, didn't get any hit results.

Basically it's a feature that auto informs the member that their post/thread was deleted for X reason. This could be because it was spam, off-topic, advertising, etc...or even a custom reason.

It would be ideal if the mod/admin upon deleting the thread could select amongst a few choices via button/dropdown menu...or even have a field to type a custom message/reason.

This then pm's the offending member letting them know that their post/thread was deleted and more importantly WHY it was removed so that they don't do it again.

NOTE: this is different than the warning system here, but I suppose it could be used in conjunction w/ it.
