Default Who's Online Plug In ?

I am looking for a plugin that will hide the members currently online as well as the most recent new member from GUESTS, UNREGISTERED or NON LOGGED IN members?

Listed below is all I want to show up to guests and members not logged in on my site and I am looking for a way to do this via a plugin, no code modifications in the templates.

We have 113 registered members
Most members ever online was 18 on Sat May 29, 2004 10:46 pm

Is there anyone willing to do a plugin of this for me?
