Yes, I understand your goal with it. As I mentioned, my concern is user reaction to big changes, and having the ability to test it with select user groups, and then roll it out more slowly would be very attractive.
Have you any stats to show that it does drive more activity? Are your own forums busier post-upgrade to this?
