I got this up and running (vB 3.5.4) and it all seems to be working fine. I have imported all my user data from an old forum (YaBB). My question is - how can I import my user's existing journals? (I modified the YaBB "Home Page" mod to create a simple journal) They are all in text format on the old board.
What I need to be able to do is simply to create a journal for some of my members, and then I want to be able to just paste the old text in there. I can do this individually, since there are only about 30 member journals so far. As admin, I can't create a journal for any user other than myself, and I can't edit the contents of any member's journal.
Any help appreciated - I can figure out a lot of things if I just know where to look.
Does anyone know how to get username changes to reflect in the journal? I tried running the update counter maintenance, but that didn't seem to do the trick.
I looked at the templates and it looks like they call the usernames by $journalinfo[journal..] insteaf of $userinfo[username]. Is anyone capable of writing a plugin that would enable the $userinfo and $post codes to work? This would fix the changed usernames..

The only thing I can advise right now is to try it with one of the "Login as User" modifications, and add the journals and entries manually that way..
OK since Andreas hasnt posted in here since march and it looks like his bug tracker is no help I was wondering if production has stopped? If it has can other people pick up where Andreas left off? I have a couple edits I would like to share that might help someone.
