I'm wondering if there is already a mod that does something similar to the UserVoice service for customer feedback. UserVoice provides a feedback/bug reporting system with Digg-like voting on feature requests. Seems like an easy candidate for a vB mod.

Here's a nice overview of UserVoice from ReadWriteWeb.

What I particularly like is how you can quickly get to the feedback from anywhere on your site. This might be more useful for websites that have more than just forums (like www.BigBlueBall.com).

i'm surprised nobody has developed this mod. I'd be willing to pay for it.

Yeah, the core infrastructure is already there in vbulletin.

Uservoice is now *hugely popular*, and it's such a simple thing. GetSatisfaction also has a similar model, would would make a great "feedback about the forum" forum.

Certainly willing to pay, too.

I don't understand what type on integration you'd want, I saw no options to embed this in a custom page- all I can think of would be to make a new "blank" vBulletin page with an IFRAME link to your 'feedback forum" URL- so it looks like you're still on your web forum- but I don't see anything else that would specifically work with vB and honestly besides voting I don't see why this is any better then simply having a dedicated 'feedback' forum as part of your forums... just add a poll to every suggestion for feedback and you can see how popular an idea is...

Maybe I'm missing something?
