Many hacks allow you to specify a points system by entering the table and column for the points data. Use TABLE: user COLUMN: credits when integrating vBCredits with such hacks (note: you may need to include your table prefix with some hacks)! If you are unsure about integration - ask me!
Why is this version not the gold version yet?
vBCredits 1.4rc1 went through a long bugtesting process at the official site, and rc2 is largely bug free in its entirety. However, *it is missing most of the admin help and post/thread deletion actions are temporarily removed while I figure out how to fix them.

Hmm, well that area has been tricky and difficult to test, but I will verify it works for 1.4. For now just use the switch if possible, otherwise you will be able to correct the changes with the mass updater in 1.4
Sure, I wouldnt mind seeing it, but keep in mind I already intend to make my own banking system anyway, which might be in the 1.4 release. Did you use the hooks by any chance?

Any ideas where I could change the code where it adds more credits upon posting? I'd like to add my own regular expression to check that there is at least 6 words in the post before adding credits.
I have it setup on my board that members get 20 points when bumped up to "Member" which is the default group, and 10 for referrals. But when I test it and register i start with like 105 points. What is wrong? The highest points are 20 for be upgraded to "Member". Any ideas?
