Upcoming Events Format
Anyone able to tell me how to chnge the </div><div> tags in Upcoming Events so I can condense them a bit?
TIA! --------------- Added [DATE]1252091306[/DATE] at [TIME]1252091306[/TIME] --------------- Never mind. I used the variable replacement and changed </div><div> to • which gives the Upcoming Events which I moved to the top of Forumhome a much more compact appearance. I have been unable to find anywhere else this replacement occurred so far. |

Changing what I did for a better "look" when moving the upcoming event to the top of the page.
I used the variable replacement and changed </div><div> to <br /> which gives the Upcoming Events a line by line display. I used code similar to this below the navbar: <!-- upcomingevents --> <table class="tcat" cellpadding="$stylevar[cellpadding]" cellspacing="$stylevar[cellspacing]" border="1" width="100%" align="center"> <tr> <td bgcolor="xxxxxxx" valign="top"> $upcomingevents </td> </tr> </table> <!-- /upcomingevents --> Then I used the "Events on Forum Pages" mod by Farcaster so the upcoming events show on all pages. Yes, it works on 3.8.4 HTH! |
