Installation Instructions

[] Upload all the files from the Upload folder.
[] Import product-helpcenter.xml via the AdminCP.
[] Set Permissions for each usergroup via the AdminCP for HelpCenter.
[] Set Departments up via the AdminCP for HelpCenter.

Hi, looks like a great mod, i wondered if you could tell me, as you know users often ask the same questions over & over, if a user searched my forums without finding the 'help center' could this mod also show help-center public tickets which included the search terms, or perhaps in reverse... i.e help center searches show relevant search tags and or FAQ items

Try the attached file (overwrite the current one on your server). Don't know if this will work, but I'll upgrade our forums shortly so I can see where this is going wrong in 3.7.1.

Wow great, that's fixing the problem I think. Am getting an error in AdminCP though when trying to view "Department Manager":

Could not find phrase 'helpcenter_no_department'.

Can you help fix that as well?

I will have to take a look tomorrow, since it's getting late here. We are planning to release an updated version shortly, to fix a few more bugs, and to fix a recent security issue.

Was getting error, so uploaded file given by *Jase.

But Getting same error after over-writing.
**vb 3.7.0 with vbadvanced CMPS.
