EDIT: If you're talking about on an actual ticket, where it says Ticket ID: ABC1 then; ADMIN CP > Styles & Templates > Style Manager > Main CSS > Small Font > Font Color.

I was wondering, how do you set who post the thread when someone makes a support ticket?

What text could I insert under HelpCenter Main Settings for the Automatic Template edit if I wanted to include this within the quicklinks?

1 - When I go to helpcenter statistics it says its beta 5.

2 - Can I make the width of the navigation wider?

3 - When managing departments there is not a field for inserting a forumid. I would prefer to have it there rather than in the main settings.

I am using vb version 3.7.0 Gold
This is a fresh install done about an hour ago.

Suggestions:
1 - Replies made to the ticket should also post on the thread posted within the forum specified.
2 - A thread prefix should be created with the thread automatically. Should say Open/Closed or Open/Solved.
3 - An area for sensitive data should be submitted. When posted by the user this data should only be seen by the admin. This is very important. Some sites have online stores where issues with payment could arise...requiring credit card info. Many other examples too.

Footer credit reads beta 5 even when you have beta 6 installed.

Also, How do I make the width of the navigation wider?

I took a look at it and it says width=100%.

I don't see where I need to adjust it. I'd like to make it the same width as the navigation on usercp.

It's not a big deal, but I'd appreciate anyone's help with it.
