BVShoutbox FULLL

Features:

• Displays vBCodes and other post code allowances.
• Admins can edit & delete shouts from the Admin CP.
• Built-in /me code.
• Archive page and IFrame on forumhome for shouting and reading.
• Archive page has multiple pages.
• Stats on archive page.
• Uses phrases for the Admin CP and shoutbox.
• Users can edit and delete their own shouts.
• Usergroup & Administrator permissions.
• Find shouts by specific users (in the admin cp)
• Seperate options for vBCodes allowances and what to display

If there's any features anyone wants added, I'll try and add them. I think I added everything people asked for in the previous version, apart from the upgrader, which will be added to the ZIP file when i've setup another test forum and added the previous version to it

There shouldn't be any problems, because I've tested the installer three times.
And I haven't had any problems with the actual shoutbox, or shout manager.

I'll attach some screenshots of all the custom scripts, if anyone asks for screenshots of the add ons for the permissions and stuff ill take them, dunno why anyone would want them tho...

This has only been tested on vB 3.0.0 GOLD

The shoutbox will install without completing the file edits but you will not have the admincp 'delete shouts' ability and your smileys won't work ..

The installer doesn't "do" the file edits, simply advises what file edits need to be completed before moving onto the next step of the installation.

all done via ftp.

Make sure you make a backup of the original .php files before you edit or kiss ya forum g'bye

What if I say yes? Ofcoz I do have full access to the admincp, what I mean is I just couldn't see any shout permisssions through the usergroup setting upon logging on to my admincp. :speechless:

I'm having trouble.

It is shown in my forum and works for unregistered, but doesn't work for any other group.

Why is that so and how do i get it to work for the others ???

usergroup show shoutbox, and post in shoutbox doesn't seem to work for the other groups.

It only registers for the unregistered/guests only.

Need help.
