Following is a non-exhaustive list:

• Simple install
• Ajax based with:
  • Fast and Intelligent chats retrieval through javascript calls to server files (refresh delay configurable per usergroup)
  • Edit/update by double-clicking on a chat
  • Interact on chats through menus and javascript
• Many usergroup permissions to limit features according to usergroups
• Full configuration of the chatbox display:
  Size, position on forum pages, editor layout (either top/bottom input or left/right textarea) and position, number of chats displayed, ...

You have to onclick events, this won't work .

another problem, the chat box is pixel dependent, the CSS should be made with a percentage value and not px value.

This makes accessibility a major problem for lower resolutions.

You have to put a condition in then onclickevent. with more code than that.

Perhaps making a small javascript function to make it clean.

No, the width.

people on wide screen enabled monitors 1024x768

and when i set my own resolution to that display, the chatbox does not remend its self to the screen resolution.

what is the CSS id/class for the chatbox, maybe additional CSS to take control of this

the problem is with the allowance of letting people to change the size of the text input field,

you should amend the total percentage of the chatbox block if this is increased or decreased, that is if you are using percentages.

Yeah, right!
But i'm still having problems with stick messages, an ordinary user cannot stick a shout even with the option available in the side menu... it shows like the message was fixed but nothing happens.

i ban a user in the chat box, but they can still use the shout box

yet the person banned gets a pm saying they are banned

and the ban /show shows that person as been banned!

when i try it this way i get the error

another bug, when you decide to create a channel, and enter the image name ( your directions DO not tell people to enter any directory names, just the image name!) when you do this, the image does not appear just the ALT="private message" on the broken img scr="" parameter in the a href tag.

and i noticed that when you send a private message to a user it comes up on the rugular chat as FROM username (but does not be seen by regular members, maybe this is due to a channel not been created)

I would advise you VBdev to re-apply this modification as BETA, as it has a long way to go.

And no negativity on your side, it would have been more professional if you were to de-bug this script within a private beta testing area, rather than publicly.
