Detailed features

Following is a non-exhaustive list:

• Simple install
• Ajax based with:
  • Fast and Intelligent chats retrieval through javascript calls to server files (refresh delay configurable per usergroup)
  • Edit/update by double-clicking on a chat
  • Interact on chats through menus and javascript
• Many usergroup permissions to limit features according to usergroups
• Full configuration of the chatbox display:
  Size, position on forum pages, editor layout (either top/bottom input or left/right textarea) and position, number of chats displayed, ...
• Full configuration of the chats display:
  Authorized bbcodes selection, date/time options, avatar display, ...
• Possibility to create channels (unlimited number) with multiple configuration options:
  • Warn user of new message when not active through blinking image and eventually sound notification

Hi, sorry to bump my problem, but I'm still receiving an unknown database error across my site when I install/enable this mod...I've tried with both the free and pro versions. There are no specific database errors or logs, so I'm at a complete loss, just a completely broken site with a general database error message. If anyone can point me in the right direction for a fix, or at least a way to find out what the error can be, I'd appreciate it.

I have used templates and make this mod working on Vba with out problem ! does any body need to know it ?

If you want to put your chat box in main page on Vba You should follow these :

1) Go to ACP/MGC Chatbox Evo/Display And Position

Find these options
Position of the chatbox on the forum home (forumhome)
Position of the chatbox in the forums (forumdisplay)
Position of the chatbox in the threads

Make them: Do Not Display

Find List of the other forum pages

And put this in text area : adv_index

Then find [vB4.X.X] List of the templates where the global var is used and put this into text area : adv_portal_shout

Save this setting

2) Go to ACP/vBa CMPS/Add Module
Select [Template Module]
Fill title field what ever you want
in Template to include type shout ( you will see this then : adv_portal_shout(you fill this)
Select your desired template
And Paste this {vb:raw mgc_cb_evo_var} to the Template Content

Set Use Module Wrapper Template to "No"

Set your desired Permissions and Save it. Then add this module to your desired page, which i have added to home page.

It's Finished Enjoy it.

A bug was found in the options for vB3.

To fix it, edit the plugin "User option add in profile vB3", replace :

This is a reported bug, I haven't look into it and will only for the next release so please wait

My vBulletin Version is 4.0.3
