Following is a non-exhaustive list:

• Simple install
• Ajax based with:
  • Fast and Intelligent chats retrieval through javascript calls to server files (refresh delay configurable per usergroup)
  • Edit/update by double-clicking on a chat
  • Interact on chats through menus and javascript

I ma struggling with this from more than two days and don't know what else I should do. Please help me out.

Otherwise if using 2.2.1 you shouldn't encounter that issue.

No mine works just fine. I have tried using the "Chats display order" set as Newest First and Oldest First and they both work fine. I tested in IE, FF 3.0.6, and Safari... I'm running vb 3.8.1

Also I notice that two tables are missing from the new 2.2.1 version

ispostwarning

Have these tables been removed from the coding altogether or are they for an option that I just don't have enabled yet? Can I just go ahead and remove these tables from my db?

I am trying to use the ChatBox 2.2.1 on a 3.8.1 vbulletin with default style and the chatbox simply doesnt show anywhere..

You can't have token errors with vBulletin version 3.8.1 unless you have chatbox templates not reverted.

Is it the case ?

Yes they have been removed and the install script should have removed them.

If your chatbox doesn't display it might be a style issue or usergroup permissions not set.

I don't see any other reason.

Well yeah my fault, here is a fix for all the imports :

Search for :

name='" . $cchatbox_chats['username'] . "',

Replace it by :

Well I am currently updating one of my other non-free mod currently and next is the chatbox update.

I think I'll be releasing a new chatbox version in one or two weeks.

Sorry for this delay but you know I am doing vBulletin during my free time so it takes a bit more time than if I was developping during the whole day.

To fix this, open mgc_cb_evo.php file.

Search for the multiple occurences of :

$where_clause .= " AND isthreadwarning='0' AND ispostwarning='0'";

Replace it by :

$where_clause .= " AND iswarning='0'";
