Ajax based with:
Fast and Intelligent chats retrieval through javascript calls to server files (refresh delay configurable per usergroup)
Edit/update by double-clicking on a chat

Are you trying to lag the shit out of your box? 1 second? At that rate, install a seperate flaschat or chat room. I'd leave that forum if I was a member having it refresh that much.
Ever since I installed this mod, I have had general funkiness in my forums. Things don't line up rights, some images don't display and my ACP is all screwed up. Take a look at this screen cap of my ACP.
The only mod I have installed in my forums is this one. All the files and templates are completely unmodified except for whatever this one did.
I try to uninstall this, but when I goto my products page and select the "uninstall" option and press the "Go" button, nothing happens. None of my "Go" buttons work.
Without wiping my forums, how can I uninstall this if the program does not let me do it.

Did you view in IE? Are you sure this is not a funky half load of the page? I've not heard of this being an error at all. Betting it's not MGC at all.
Actually, I tried viewing it in IE, Firefox and Safari on my PC as well as on my Mac. It is all the same. It is the weirdest thing. In my forum, my logos and icons do not show. Instead, I get the ALT tags showing up. That does not bother me so much as now my ACP does not seem to function. The menu shows up (barely), but I cannot select options within the menu if that option is selectable from a form "submit" button.
All I want to know is how to fully remove this mod if the uninstall options are not available. Is there a single URL, maybe a DB command that undoes the whole thing?
1. Read the docs. It says how to. Simply uninstall, then remove the files.
2. I'll bet it's not this hack as much as I'd love to say it is.
3. Do you have others that can make template mods?
4. Did you try doing a restore of the forum?
5. Do any other plugin/hacks/style changes lately? It's not this plugin.

The docs say to remove the files (I can do this), but it also says to uninstall via the "product" menu. I cannot do this because the "Go" button next to the "uninstall" command does not work.

I would love to believe that, but I literally have done nothing else to this installation. This was the very first thing I did.

I have nothing installed. You saw the screen cap of my "products" page. This is the only thing installed.
Wierd......I posted an issue today and it's gone. Anyway, Mine works but there seems to be a spanning issue on the forum. In my vbadvanced cmps module it works fine and spans no problem. On a 19" monitor it works fine on the forum, but on a 17-15 inch monitor it doesn't span right no matter how I adjust the resolutions. Instead it stays the same size and makes a horizontal scroll bar. I don't want that, I want the chat box to span to the proper width of the screen.
What do you mean by span ?

Hum very weird. I don't see how the chatbox would have made the cp style that weird !
I don't do anything with cpstyle so that's indeed pretty strange. You have just installed a clean chatbox on a clean vBulletin ?
I've read all posts here and it is appreciated that the developer provides such detailed and long support to this hack.
However, I have activated two channels (staff and team) with two different icons but I can not make to show in the shoutbox. I checked and overchecked all options and all seem to be OK but still no go.
Do I have to add anything to templates, please?
