What does this do?
This hack separates users from staff in the forumhome who's online list.

this hack better IMHO.
It doesn't need template changes. And it critical for me. Couse i have custom template and updates of vB very difficult when u have many hacks with template changes.

Yea, that's what i aimed for was no template changes. Eventually i may just add more features to this, still no template changes needed. Hopefully i'll get around to it soon

Do the same for the code that looks like that but with _members as well. See if that works.

ok at first it didn't work but i unistalled product and then i reinstalled it again and that error message went away but now i had created a assist admin as a staff member prior before installing hack and it is showing under member shouldn't that be with staff?

actually i take that back some how when i refesh the screen ,this is the error message different form the others

installed hack... but got the same errors as others did.....so instead of making any changes i uninstalled it...now my forum show this error

Hm. Why isn't this happening to me.. Try just taking these two lines (individually) out of the plugin:

substr($activeusers_staff, 2);

substr($activeusers_members, 2);
