Features include global settings, advertisements allowing template conditionals, ad sharing and ad revenue sharing, timed advertisements, preset popular ad locations and functions such as sponsors, additional custom ad locations, random and static advertisements and its all very easy to use. You can use it for ordinary ads like adsense, banner rotations, or any content at all as well as using it to manage ads outside your forum too.
If you are using autoinsertion and were using vB Ad Management before version 4.00, you will need to remove your old template edits or advertisements will appear multiple times. Just reverse the old instructions below.
Quote:
* Find <!-- post $post[postid] popup menu --> and paste $postbit_advertisement above it in your postbit & postbit_legacy templates.
* Paste $forumbit_advertisement at the bottom of your forumhome_forumbit_level1_post and forumhome_forumbit_level2_post templates.
* Paste $threadbit_advertisement at the bottom of your threadbit template.
* Paste $footer_advertisement at the top of your footer template.
* Find $spacer_close in your footer template and below it paste $rightcolumn_advertisement.
* Find in your header template and replace it with $header_advertisement.

i just found out from one of my members that he is not seeing any ads what so ever on the page...I however can see them on my page, placed where they are coded to be...
Check in Global Settings that you have entered all the Usergroups who you want to see the ads, might be worth having a look at the rest of the settings on that page too.
once again, thank you very much...Your support here has been great...It was set to only allow a certain usergroup to see them, a usergroup i didnt even have lol...I must of hit a number by mistake when changing the other settings, opps...THank you

my header one is modified a lil bit, well actually i just placed it in my nav bar template instead...theres also one at the footer....theres another after the last post in every thread, on every page...Im not using the forum one as i do not want to violate any TOS with Adsense...They may consider that tryin to get people to click on ads tryin to say your making it look like a thread topic or something...Im already running 3 image ads so thats the most i can do anyway, i dont like the link ads..
Are you sure? I just had a proper look and there's extra incorrect code in there which is not mine.
Try removing this:
<td class="$bgclass">
from your adcode or if it's not in there someone's added it to the postbit_advertisement template.
You are the man!!!!! I have no clue how that got in there, but sure enough that was the problem. Thank you, thank you, thank you! I really like your script, now if I can figure out a way to wrap adlogger on your code.
I'm stock in the 3.04 version a know its a little bit confusing , somebody can help with the uprading to 3.13.
Thanks
Download the zip file and upload the plugin just the same as you did with 3.04 making sure overwrite is set to yes.
Then using an FTP program (presumably) navigate to where your forum files are on your web server and then open the includes folder. In the zip file is a folder called vb_ad_management, copy that folder to the includes folder on your server.
