Editing Phrases, Changing Messages

Hi all,

First, let me say that I searched every combination of words i could think of here and on Google to try to figure this out for myself but I just need a push in the right direction.

What I am looking to do:

Change the text in our "pre"-registration message referring new visitors to read our FORUM RULES.

"If this is your first visit, be sure to check out the FAQ by clicking the link above. You may have to register before you can post: click the register link above to proceed. To start viewing messages, select the forum that you want to visit from the selection below."

I have searched the Phrase Manager and found all kinds of phrase names, but I can never figure out how to edit the actual text.

Please help!!
