Guys - I'll take a look at this for ya in a few here. Will update.

Hi Anders. I have this installed and double checked everything against your instructions.
However, when I logged out to see what it looks like, everything is a mess! I'm sure it's because my navbar and header templates are customized.
Could you please take a look and let me know what I should do? http://kawfeeklub.com
I really like how this looks and the lack of template edits.
I am going to echo a few of the other users in my question. I currently use the Facebook Connect mod and have a handful or so of people who joined using that mod. Is there a set process to transition from that mod to this one without losing the currently connected users?
On the Facebook Connect mod there is a user table called fbuser. It maps fbuid (facebook userid) to userid (vb userid). Is there a similar table in this mod and if so would migrating this table over be enough to preserve the current connections?

There is a table called vbnexus_nonvbuser which maps Facebook Connect/Google Friend Connect userid with the vBulletin userid. Facebook users have a type 1 and Google Friend Connect users have type 2. The field associated signifies if the user chose to associate an existing vB account to the Facebook/Google Friend Connect account.
Since the Facebook users can do more than just login (publish feeds etc), the table vbnexus_facebookuser contains their userid and on/off flags for their Facebook userCP settings.
What about other languages ?
Most of the Google login windows (for example Google friend connect login page) are translated to other languages (I can switch the hl=en to some other language in the url) but I don't see this piece of code at all in the main pop-up window and other vB Nexus related windows...is it possible to translate them ? (or maybe they've been translated already by Google ?).
Facebook also has been translated to many languages...it's locale code at the end of the url: locale=en_US...can I safely switch the login url to other languages ?
A possible bug report:
Facebook connect button doesn't appear in Opera (9.64).
