Administrative and Maintenance Tools - Navigation Manager Enhancements

This Add-on enhances the functionality of the Navigation Manager (vBulletin 4.2.0 Alpha 1 or higher) in various ways.

• Change parent of a node on edit
• Select "Additional Parents" for a Link or Menu
  This allows a Link or Menu to appear on multiple Tabs
• Select Usergroups that are Allowed/Not allowed to see an item
• Set the title attribute for links
• Set the target attribute for links
• Make links nofollow
• Add links to articles Tab
• Select CMS sections for tabs
  This allows you to select a tab based on the CMS section the user is currently navigating on
• Add Headings in Menus
• Add raw HTML items to Menus
• Select Style(s)
  If selected, the item will only be displayed in the selected styles
• Add parent tab ID to links
• Add a Dropdown-Menu to a Tab
• Direct link to phrase
• Set URL component for each item

• Code Cleanup & Refactoring

• Dynamic content items
• Inputs to directly change translations when editing an item

If you want to change the color of the tab edit the tab title with the code there.That how i got it to work on mine.

that was with me trying to edit the html on a navtab..i have not tried it on a sublink yet.

Working as designed
My initial goal was to add links and menus to other tabs, not to add links to other menus - but that's doable as well and Beta 4 will support this.
