Following is a non-exhaustive list:
Simple install
Ajax based with:
Fast and Intelligent chats retrieval through javascript calls to server files (refresh delay configurable per usergroup)
Edit/update by double-clicking on a chat
Interact on chats through menus and javascript
Many usergroup permissions to limit features according to usergroups
Full configuration of the chatbox display:
Size, position on forum pages, editor layout (either top/bottom input or left/right textarea) and position, number of chats displayed, ...

The answer is available to you by clicking the "?" icon on your chatbox: /ban show : Open a popup window containing the list of users banned from the chatbox with the possibility of unban users simply through buttons in this window.

Well, I believe it depends on how you banned the person. If you click the ban user in the drop down menu next to their name, I believe that is a cron job so it will unban them automatically after some time. If you use the /ban syntax and specify for a certain amount of days or whatever, you can use /ban show to unban the person.
sorry if this has been posted before but in IE8 you can only see the first shout,even though the others appear in the archives,
IE8 throws up this error but I dont understand it sorry,
