Following is a non-exhaustive list:

• Simple install
• Ajax based with:
  • Fast and Intelligent chats retrieval through javascript calls to server files (refresh delay configurable per usergroup)
  • Edit/update by double-clicking on a chat
  • Interact on chats through menus and javascript
• Many usergroup permissions to limit features according to usergroups
• Full configuration of the chatbox display:
  Size, position on forum pages, editor layout (either top/bottom input or left/right textarea) and position, number of chats displayed, ...

after MGC installed, my server getting many 500 error.

so i decided to uninstalling it.

500 error is an INTERNAL server error and this script would not cause that UNLESS you didn't install it correctly and were missing files, even so, if that WAS REALLY the case you would have generated db errors instead.

Hi there.. after moving my forum to a new server the private chat is not working anymore... I can send a private chat to a user but it never get it.. after some minutes waiting to see anything in the chatbox display nothing hapents.. when im trying after a provate chat to send a normal chat a message popup says another chat is being proccesing...

Anyone please ?

Simple, you didn't move ALL the files over obviously. Try reuploading all the files. If the error still persists reinstall it.

Remember everyone, that just running the uninstall from the Product Manager doesn't delete files, any more then installing the product adds files to your server. You still have to delete the stuff you added via FTP.

This chat is awesome but had to deactivated seems that with 3.8.5 the refresh after like a min stays stuck and it doesnt refresh no more so when your typing stuff you dont see what you typed in only way to see it if you refresh your page so just thought i let you know to see if you can upgrade it for 3.8.5.
