Gallery-Hack:

This hack is a gallery-system for your forum.

Updated 05/25/06

New in this version 1.23:

- Alternative layout
- english phrases
- Addition for the memberprofile
- multiple picture-upload
- Featured threads

What's still to come?

- Possibility for users, to choose the different layout.
- Possibility for file-upload, not only pictures.
- Language-Pack for german users

uh alot of bugs:
the profile doen't show the pics
the alternet vboption does not work

@Larrysw: Please check, if your forums-settings for the gallery are set. This may cause the problems.

one more thing you didn't include the "not rated" image in the zip.

Edit I've checked my settings there fine and the alternet edits teplet whats its name?

The alternative layout is included in the "gallery_threadbit"-template. Did you set the alternative-layout-option in your Gallery-Options to "yes"?

And did you check, if your forums are set to "Act as a gallery"?

I will rework the instruction today and include the missing picture in the zip-file.

I got it to work I changed the first line to:
<if condition="$vboptions['gal_alt_layout'] == 0">
intead of:
<if condition="$gal_alt_layout == 0">

That's interesting. Could be vB 3.5.4. Seems to be changed. I'll download the latest version and make an update for sure (i used 3.5.2 for testing).

I also found a bug inside the memberprofile-addition. Removed it already. So i will completly update today.
