really looking forward to getting this for vB4.. depended on it for pre vb4... Used this for my application system for my gaming clan...
I've given it to a couple of people to test and one of them is helping with the styling of it right now as that's the major area that needs improvement. But I use it for the exact same thing you do and that's one of the reasons I consider it necessary for my website. =)

That's good news, Trek
I can help you in style issues as well as I'm a forum designer.
Can you please provide me link to help file on this MOD. I am not able to integrate MOD into a forum or thread. Authors website is closed now.
If someone has those files, can you update to this thread.
I am not able to use this wonderful mod. Able to create forms but not integrate into thread or forum. Nothing comes with after selecting forum id (name) or thread id.
Only if you promise to read at least the last two pages...

I wish I had a copy of those help files as well... Unfortunately with the author's site closed, everything went with it. Maybe someone here has a copy of those files?
I m on a 3.8.1 vb version. I've installed the 3.7 product and set all the usergroup options. Maybe i dont understand how it works or it doesn't work for me.
I can see the forms in the "forms" link in the navbar, but I cant see them in threds/posts. Thats normal?
My question is : how to show the form in a thread? Do I have to create a link to the url form?
Thanks

You don't show forms in the threads. The forms can post their results to threads however.
From there you can create/edit your forms. You'll also get links there to use the forms. copy those links and put them wherever you want on your website.
It's get'n there. =) Sarcoth has been helping to update things for styling that need to happen (and area I'm next to useless in). Functionality, it's pretty much working as it should. A few bugs here and there, but overall it's working good, just not as pretty as it was in vb3.8.
