Info:
Advanced PayPal Donate system for vBulletin.


Features:
-Allow users to donate suggested or custom amounts, or both
-Set minimum amount accepted

-Block usergroups from using Donate system

Installation:
1. Import XML file (as product): AdminCP > Plugin System > Manage Products > [Add/Import Product]

2. OPTIONAL (for some customized styles)
Open template "navbar" and add "$cyb_paypal_donate_link" after "vbphrase[user_cp]</a></td>" surrounded by proper TD tags
3. OPTIONAL (for some customized styles)
Open template "navbar" and add "$cybpaypal_donlist_link" after "vbphrase[miscellaneous]</td></tr>" surrounded by proper TD/TR tags
4. OPTIONAL (to put DonBar to desired page)
a) set THIS_SCRIPT option in hack settings
b) Open desired template and put "$cybpaypal_donbar" where you wish to have Donation Bar shown


To set options:
Go to your AdminCP > vBulletin Options > Cyb - PayPal Donate

hi, when I try to change the Word "Donate" into "Spende" by "variables-(Styles+Templates)settings in AdminCp" then comes "help Function" and comments the smilie-function"when klick Donate...when I delete the translation,everything works fine....

Can I change the word " Donate" somewhere else?

Great hack, thanks for the work.

I'm having one problem, and have one question.

First, after clicking the "Return to Merchant" button after completing the paypal transaction (I think that is how the button is labled), some users are being sent to

Instead of

and they wind up getting a page with all the smilies shown on it. Any idea why the redirect from PayPal isn't working?

The question is:

Is there anyway to show summary stats (x number of donations, $x dollars), but not list the dollar amount that each person gave. Some might not want their amount shown, either because it is very high or low, so it would be nice to show only summary stats (a little more than on the goal status bar) or list the people without dollar amounts, and then show the total donated by all.

One issue i am having after making a donation i add the user to a new user group, which in turn triggers a rank, but they do not get rebuilt. i have to rebuild the counters manually to update the ranks.?

Did you get a response to this? I also have a style where the navbar is in the header and whenever I add the $cyb_paypal_donate_link it adds the "Donate" link at the very far right of the page and skews the forum. I've looked in the template support posts as well as this post and can't figure it out.

I am using the "Clean Blue" style - https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=171410

It works perfectly on the original style but our default style is "Clean Blue" - any ideas?

I'm having the same issue, I had it set so that only the administrators group can see it (I'm an admin) and I get the smilies. So I added myself to the Super Mods group and tried it again. I figured out the solution to my previously posted question but then ran into this. I checked and the mod is definitely on.
