What this does
This will allow you to setup a icon to display by the title of each forum you have. The look of the icon depends on how you want to set it up in the templates. This will work for all levels of sub-forums.

Note:
This hack will work for vBulletin Version 3.5.0 RC-1 and RC-2 ONLY!

Template Edit
Alot of people want to get there icon like my screenshot. So you have bugged me enough for me to post how. Enjoy!

Replace Template: forumhome_forumbit_level1_post With The Folllowing:

I think, this nice hack has a little problem: It works only for all styles, you can't have different icons for each style.

On my forum, I have 'new' and 'old' versions of each forum category icon instead of two icons next to each other. It's not as elegant to have a category icon AND the standard vB icon for 'this forum contains new posts'.

I've made one for 3.5 RC2. Where it will use diffrent status icons for each forum. I'll try and release it tomorrow

I tried this on on 3.5 gold. doesn't seem to work! anyone has it working on 3.5 final release??
