Add flashing envelope PM notification

A very simple template mod that's guaranteed to catch the users eye, see screenshot.

is there a way to put it beside Private Messages: Unread 0, Total 5.

yes there is... In the template (NAVBAR, i believe it is) make your code for the 'welcome' section as follows (adjusting the url in green below to path you would use:

Hello Everyone,

I totally am with you on this issue. Same here, I am using Mozilla Firefox and rarely does the blinking envelope show up. It works great in I.E. but firefox is a problem.

Has anyone been able to come up with a fix?

Does it put in a space, as if the image is there when it doesn't display? I am wondering if it has to do with the image itself.
