Features include global settings, advertisements allowing template conditionals, ad sharing and ad revenue sharing, timed advertisements, preset popular ad locations and functions such as sponsors, additional custom ad locations, random and static advertisements and its all very easy to use. You can use it for ordinary ads like adsense, banner rotations, or any content at all as well as using it to manage ads outside your forum too.
If you are using autoinsertion and were using vB Ad Management before version 4.00, you will need to remove your old template edits or advertisements will appear multiple times. Just reverse the old instructions below.

Works great. Thanks. My only question is has anyone encountered a situation where only unregistered users can't see banner ads? I checked all my usergroups and they worked fine, but when I log out the ads don't show.
Hmm.
You've probably got it set that the usergroup for guests doesn't see ads.
I am still having trouble with the side columns. I have tried all the different layouts you have shown here and I can't get 2 google ads to run one under the other. I have one that's an image only ad layout then a text and image version under it. It shows as it should in the admin panel but not on the forum pages. http://foodnetworkfans.com/
I'm trying to figure out a way to get the "left and right column" ads to stay fixed and to the top of the right side. I thought that they would do this by default but when I view my site in firefox the ads fall down.
Is there any HTML code I can paste in front of the add code in the Ad Managerment Control Panel?
I have problems getting ajax refreshing to work. I'm only using the header_advertisement area right now.
In IE, the refresh causes my banner to disappear instead of rotate. No banner ever reappears.
In Firefox, no refresh occurs, the banner is unchanged.
In Safari, no refresh occurs, the banner is unchanged.
In Opera, no refresh occurs, the banner is unchanged.
So, is this function working for anyone else? My templates were all defaults, and I only added the variables need to display the header ad. If it's only meant for things that auto-change like Google ads, please let me know. I was hoping for it to rotate through the ads I have listed, separated by the "|" character.
The initial banner appears on first loading of the page, no problem, and page refreshes do rotate the banners. It's just that AJAX refreshing doesn't seem to work correctly as described above.
To get the effect I'm looking for, do I have to implement iframes that reload?
I doubt that it is against the terms of service for Google Adsense ads, but i would be extremely cautious. They banned one of my adsense domains without notice or even an email explaining why until i asked 6 weeks later. (the word "hack" had been used in my forum..)
Also, my AJAX refresh doesn't currently work either in any browser... i hope we get a quick fix soon.
