AdemGENC, thank you for the screen shot, now I see where you are referring to.
That section is the "Arcade Champions" listing.
"1st" = "First Place" / "Highest Score" / "Champion"
"2nd" = "Second Place" / "Next Highest Score" / "Runner-up"

The current importer available is outdated and is it not recommended to be used. After we get the next major version of v3 Arcade (slated to be "2.0.0" released this summer) we will be working on an updated converter.
Just updated to the latest version and STILL the submitting scores issue remains.

Those issues seemed to have cleared up.
What's this about usergroup permissions? And what does it pertain to?
You have to go into each usergroup you want to allow access to the arcade and set the permissions. This is detailed in the instructions that come with the arcade package.
