This mod translates your forum using FREE translations for over 30 languages from Yandex API. It is 100% FREE in version described here (2.x).
Note: using this mod (vBET 2.x) is free and bound by license agreement (see below)

Yandex translation gives you 1 000 000 FREE characters per DAY to translate. Please note that Yandex do not supports all language pairs, but vBET detects automatically which are supported for your forum language.

Please note that vBET 3.x is developed as separate product line and it is available here: vBET 3.x. Full version is paid, it supports 53 languages each to each translation, using: Google, Microsoft, Apertium, Yandex, SDL BeGlobal and DetectLanguage. Installation:
1. Download zip package (last release - see index at the end of file name)
2. Upload to your forum directory on server everything inside upload directory
3. Import in vB Admin CP -> Plugins & Products -> Manage Products -> Add/Import Product -> Choose product file, set Allow Overwrite to yes and click Import
4. Click here: "Mark as Installed" Thanks!
5. Configure in AdminCP -> vBulletin Options -> vBulletin Options -> vB Enterprise Translator
You MUST configure at least Forum language and Yandex Translation API key. NOTE that there are some other important options - especially if your forum is in subdirectory or if you use vbSEO.

- link for page on which you are doesn't track translation, cause it has same URL as flag for forum default language

2.3.6 Important fix! - there was issue with sending referrer header which is necessary by Google conditions. This one was fixed + issue with # in translation links
2.3.5 Important change - According to Google conditions referrer header must be added to each translation query - otherwise you can be banned by Google. Install this version to avoid any troubles.

- Corrected bug for returning to forum main page from translated page
Also according to actual Google conditions your "Powered by Google" information should have Google logo. So please change text for flags in your vBET configuration to something like this:

You can customize it but "Powered by Google" should stay.

Yes Jaryx is helping me for a while by accessing his forum. Many small bugs with URL tracking on his forum was discovered and debugged there. If I would made this mod only for myself I wouldn’t care about others configurations. I made it also for others and I spend my time to make this mod working for others forums configurations.

Jaryx helps me to help him That’s why he has working this mod in 100%. His forum is not in subdirectory. So if someone really wants SEO links for forum placed in subdirectory then I will gladly give it to him as fast as he will give me playground. As far (besides you) no one cares enough to let me help him in that. If no one cares about this, It means for me that no one cares about having SEO links in forums placed in subdirecory And If no one cares about this I have no reason to spend my time to do this... It is so simple

I think some people will really appreciate your effort if you give me opportunity to help them, even if they don't care to match about this I think they will be happy to have it. So I will gladly welcome your test forum with vbSEO and subdirectory in URL, which will give me opportunity to make this mod even better

Hi,
it looks like that there is another Mod that like to modifie the Header Information.
Try to disable the other Add-Ons, one by one, to see were is the Problem.

Ah! I checked and Google follows the obsolete standard ISO 639

I have installed vB Enterprise Translator.
The problem is this: I would like to use it with the url system of vbseo, having already installed it.
I have followed the suggestions in this page to modify the htaccess but I have always an error.
I have tried to add the same strings inside the file vbseo.php, but It tell me that the file is corrupted.
Can you give me a solution?

I have this problem also if I try to translate an unsupported language and then do not refresh the page with the original language (using a previous version of this type of mod).

What kind of SEO are you using to rewrite your URLs?

I had the 2.03 and everething was works perfect. Until now. I installed the 2.2.1 and something strange hapent. My style stressed allot specially in VBA and i have lost the text inside the msg chatbox

Before it was nothing translate inside the chatbox and i was ok with it. But now it is not working at all.

And the forum home page it is stressed a bit but not too mutch. VBA it is completely wrong.

edit: OK... i found that in IE i have the problems only. In FF everething works prefect. BUT.. it DOESNT translate the TOP STATS (in IE it is working in top stats too!) and offcource the chatbox it remains unchange.

VBA also works perfect (translates everething and the graphics is perfect without stressing) !

Maybe this helps to find whats going on

edit2: and another one thing.. The translation in FF it is 2 times (maybe better) FASTER than in IE
