How do I display a few forum sections on another page?

How do I display a few forum sections on another page?

For example, using the top menu above, if i clicked MODS, it would bring me up to a few different forum sections just solely made to talk about MODS. I don't see any other forums sections.

I want to know, how can I replicate such?

If I clicked 'articles'. Then I see articles forum sections, but not forums, mods, or styles.
