Following is a non-exhaustive list:

• Simple install
• Ajax based with:
  • Fast and Intelligent chats retrieval through javascript calls to server files (refresh delay configurable per usergroup)
  • Edit/update by double-clicking on a chat
  • Interact on chats through menus and javascript
• Many usergroup permissions to limit features according to usergroups
• Full configuration of the chatbox display:
  Size, position on forum pages, editor layout (either top/bottom input or left/right textarea) and position, number of chats displayed, ...

hi...seems to me that you know a lot about this chatbox...and nice to have you here to help at you best all members as much as possible....great and thanks....maybe you have any idea about my problem too...

when i view my site via Blackberry Storm Mobile...this chatbox keeps LOADING! only can't hardly shout or nothing at all.....but as far as i know...from my friend using IPhone...it's all okay....for all i know....i used also cyb chatbox before....i say...it's not so perfect but it's workin with my Mobile....

hope you got any slight idea about this...coz i and my members really love this chatbox...and i'm about to pay for pro version of this too...

I've got a mobile skin running and going to the full page view of the chatbox, I just get "Loading", like others have experienced.

Any help?

I`m not 100% sure but this could be a flash or JS plugin problem in regards to seeing the chatbox via mobile devices. Some Mobile devices only allow certain HTML codes so it could also be that as well. I would see about upgrading your Mobile Browsing and plugin features.

Except it works fine when the full page skin is loaded. So it's something that's not getting auto-loaded into the templates of the mobile skin.

When trying to update my usergroups. Have uninstalled the chat box and removed all files.

Can anyone help?

I JSUT went though the same problem

You need to follow the instructions exactly. You have to delete all of the files you uploaded. I don't remember which one, but one of them is causing the problem. it's not the product anymore.

if i were you, I'd install it again, then follow the uninstall instructions to a 'T'.

Removed them and uninstalled the product and we are good now
