Detailed features

Following is a non-exhaustive list:

• Simple install
• Ajax based with:
  • Fast and Intelligent chats retrieval through javascript calls to server files (refresh delay configurable per usergroup)
  • Edit/update by double-clicking on a chat
  • Interact on chats through menus and javascript
• Many usergroup permissions to limit features according to usergroups
• Full configuration of the chatbox display:
  Size, position on forum pages, editor layout (either top/bottom input or left/right textarea) and position, number of chats displayed, ...
• Full configuration of the chats display:
  Authorized bbcodes selection, date/time options, avatar display, ...
• Possibility to create channels (unlimited number) with multiple configuration options:
  • Warn user of new message when not active through blinking image and eventually sound notification

How to remove MGC chat Box?
I remove in Plugin Manager but uncomplete

This was removed due to the new channel unlimited creation system.

But some other ask me for that so if anyone else is interested here I'll add it back.

Well you should have carefully read the readme, there are uninstall instructions that were written for users to read them

Remove the chatbox files from your ftp and things will get back to normal (especially the one in the includes/xml directory).

Same as above, read the uninstall instructions ...

To fix your mistake, remove the chatbox files from your forum. Especially the one in the includes/xml directory.

I am a beginner at coding and using vb in general and i was wondering if you think i would be able to install this?

Im looking for a shoutbox that wll allow people to upload custom avatars and a few other things and this sound prefect for me..

Do you think i should give it a go or is it too complex for a beginner?

Follow the instructions with it, and you should do fine.

Custom avatars? This doesn't allow/do that. It uses the users avatars.

Hi,

I have a problem with the BBcode-Option.

I set the usergroup permission to this so just Mods and Admins can use BBcode, but at all usergroups will show it up.

And if I disable BBcode, than a user change his options, the shoutbox will show off for him and cannot be set active anymore.

Yes, I've try them both!
So, for reminder ...I have tow problems:
1- I can't see any thing written on the chat box . but only (Loading message)
2- The under scroll bar problem as shown on the picture above.

I'm afraid !! No!

On the Firefox, it's still loading 'till now
On IE 8 Beta , I got the same error (Ajax) (On Google Chrome too)
