DownloadsII is a download database that integrates into vBulletin. It allows you to upload files, add images to them, create categories, link to external files - and more. It is very flexible and has many options.
Because a lot of people keep on asking this: This mod works with any version of vBulletin 3.7.x and 3.8.x!
It's also coded 100% XHTML 1.0 Transitional valid, just like vBulletin itself.

Help!!! I can't upload large files??
This is probably the second most asked question. Have a look at this post for the solution.
It doesn't work with GARS?!
If you also use the latest version of GARS, you will get the "Fields marked in RED must be filled in!" error when uploading a file. I provided a fix here on the GARS forums.
Addons
We are offering 3 addons for this mod at the moment (have a look at the bottom of this post for them). DownloadsII contains 5 hook locations for the vBulletin plugin systems, so you can add extra functionality without file edits.

Notes
ecDownloads Buddy is NOT compatible with this version. If you are using the Buddy, you should UNINSTALL it before installing DownloadsII ver 5.x.x. The Buddy's features are now integrated into DownloadsII.
DownloadsII is a direct derivative work from Ron1n's ecDownloads.

I need to know is there a way to enable images inside download descriptions? I need to have images inline with description text (like in posts) instead of having them in a separate section.
I deleted files from the downloads page but it did not delete the physical files from the /downloads directory! Now I got a ton of files on the hard drive that are not linked to any more from the downloads. How do I delete them without going over thousands of files one by one to synchronize with what should be still on the server?
Quick question for anyone who may know. I've trying to integrate this with Cyb Stats for one of the mini cells. I've tried calling $dpanel_latest_bits for the latest files but for some reason I get it to go through. I even made an attempt using the entire condition thinking there was something I may been unaware of. Has anyone else set this up in Cyb Adv Forum stats?
Another quick question, is there anyway to see or include a progress bar when uploading. I see there is a windows progress bar (bottom toolbar) but that just goes to the end and the file still has a significant way to go, just an idea i'd certainly find it handy where some of my files are 500mb.
