To do list:
*use forums/categories/subforums for your auctionhouse.
high bidder userid -> username
*" in description cuts the description at that point
add buyer name
fix pm formatting
add more currencies
intergrate with trader ratings
add paypal api
bidder usergroups
*hot auctions on main < - Available with addon (wont be packaged in vbay)
admin editing auctions
*set up for use with forum commenting.
*fix amount of days an auction can be posted (more than 2 char)
ability to prune old auctions
make sure buy it now is using buy it now price, not bid.
allow admin ability to specify bid/buyitnow/both overrides.

* = Completed.

Features:
Full BBCode support.
Specification of everything, Money Auction length ECT.
Image uploader for auctions.
Closed auction section.
3 auction types, bid, buy it now, or both.

To install
Upload files, and import product as usual
Make a new usergroup and call it the sellers usergroup, do what you want with this group (allow people to request addition maybe?)
Go to vbulletin options and into vbay, set the usergroup id of the sellers group you just made.

To upgrade
re upload all files
import new product
REVERT YOUR TEMPLATES

i would also like to use this mod ive been wanting this upgrade for awhile now

im running 4.1.3 will the 4.0 upgrade work on this version ???

No added features needed, just basic Auction functionality with bidding and buy it now options will be perfect, well for me at least.

If I may offer my suggestions or wish list

Option to make Location a compulsory field
Option to make adding images compulsory
Option to have all new listings appear under New Posts, dunno if this will be possible though.
Option to allow questions on the item advertised

i have the new version but didn't work for me at all installed but not up and running leaves couple of codes spread out round my forum
