"How do I?" : Access Control of Forums

Greetings,

I was referred to this forum by Jake Bunce at the VBulletin.com forums.

I need to know how I can do the following on my forum. I have knowledge of PHP if that helps. Basically I need certain criteria to be met before a user can gain access to my forums.

In detail, I need the following:

- any person who subscribes must invite two other people to register on my forums to gain access, those referred will need to be sent an invite e-mail.

- someone who subscribed will have the options of subscribing to a newsletter(s), I assume I will need to post their data that is entered on the registration page to the external 'subscribe form' if they choose to subscribe.

Please tell me how I could possibly accomplish all of this. It is rather urgent.
