Please help with a MYSQL Error

It's weird, nothing new installed for a while now, but starting an hour ago, can't reply to posts, get this error:

Did you maybe restore some tables?

Otherwise you have a corrupt MySQL index, and if the mysql utilities can not fix it, you will probably have to restore
