How would you go about disallowing other Admins from accessing the hack blocks that get added to the ACP when you install them(such as vBRadio, vBookie, etc.)? Thanks in advance!

You can use Hook can_administer to implement custom Permission checks.
However, hiding the Links does not stop the Scripts from working if they don't have Permission Checks on their own. Currently it is rather difficult to implement custom Administrator Permissions, but this will/should change with RC3. Btw: vBookie does not have a ACP Navgroup - just a few Settings? |
