Keywords Question

Can anybody give me some good hints on the best way to use Keywords to get your site spidered well. Like should you arrange your keywords alphbeticly for example.

When you add keywords, I know you have to separate them with commas like this below:

fish, dog, mice

But can you also use keywords with spaces in them that say something and contain more than one word between the commas like this below:

monster fish, mad dog, nasty mice

Also is this a bad use of keywords when I want to list something like FREELANCER more than once. Becuase I heard if you repeat a word to many times it will be ignored. Not sure about that!
