Help: Tables Go Off My Page?

Hi guys, I need some help with my coding in 3.5 RC2. I have pretty much got everything the way I wanted it, but for some reason, Because I restricted the limit of how big I want the page to go (700px), Some forms or tables now go off the page. Here, you can view the example here. I would appreciate any help given. Thanks.
