Can you have a custom title AND a member level at once?

Not sure if this is the proper forum - if not, please move it...

I've worked with YaBB in the past and it had the functionality to have both a custom title and a member level (i.e. Junior Member, Senior Member, etc.) be displayed under the user name at the same time.

Is this possible with vB? If not, is there a hack that allows it?
