Proper code? Error messages in site log

[dfdems]

I was looking at my error log today for my site and It shows this error message

I go to line 32 of my index.php and I have this (line 27 to 32)

This is the index.php from vbavdvanced CMPS v1.0

Any clue why its doing this?
