Can't Download · **Released**: 01-31-2005

I'm not sure whats wrong, but I can't download anything......yes I checked if my e-mail address was exactly the same but no luck. Anyone care to tell me why?

I've the same problem.... I've activated my account, but I can't dowload anything.

PLEASE check:

-The e-mail you have entered here and in the vBulletin priority support is the EXACT same, even cases as these e-mails are case sensetive.
-Wait an hour after making any changes to see if your account activates.

If you are still not activated after this, there is nothing I can do. Open up a support ticket.,

Email activation, and license status activation are two differnt things. You however do currently show up as licensed and can download modifications/post in the support forums.

If your account does not update within an hour open a support ticket at vBulletin.com via the members area. Offical support can verify your license and manualy update your status here. We can not do this because we have no access to customer details.
