Is there a way to permit a certain user, let us say a moderator, to change the avatars for the other members, without activating the custom avatars for the normal users? And is there a way that all of the avatars to be to a certain dimensions, let us say 64x64 pixels, even if sb upload an avatars of different dimensions format.
