Search all Forums by Date Range

I know its possible to display the last posts by xxx days for a forum using the standard vB forum options, but can someone let me know how to do this for all forums.


Example

If someone accidentally marks all forum read and wants to go back and search the last weeks threads / posts for all forums without having to go to each indiviudal forum and select 'Last xxx days'.

I'm sure others would find this useful and since the coding is already there (somewhere ) to display it for a single forum, then surely this can be adapted to display the results for all forums .

Any help appreciated.
