I like win2k server but it has alot of open ports right after install is there a way to close all open ports right after installation without a firewall.
right now I am using windows .net enterprise server but there is no good software available for it.

Use a firewall. Anybody running a server needs one.

will a PII 300 with 128megs ram handle a pretty good sized forum using vbulletin I have a dually but would like the 300 as backup
