Maybe try this

I don't think its possible since javascript is parsed after, by the browser. But what you could do is something like

<script language="JavaScript">

function pass() { 

window.location("next.php?width=" + screen.width + "&height=" + screen.height + ");

}

</script>

<body onload="pass();">

Or something simmilar.
