When i first told everyone about Urban Dynasty and started getting traffic, i was still working on adding things and finishing it up. Therefore, at the same time that i was working on still building the site, i had to work on managing thehalf built site lol. On top of that, i had about 1 million hits the first month, however, i didn't have alot of unique hits. I am working on a new site and I would like to know what you have to do before you release ya site in order to guarantee the following.

- Good site traffic/unique hits
- High google PR rating ( i believe that's what it's called )
- Submission to major search engines such as msn, netscape, yahoo, google...
- A lot of members

Things like that, as well as anything else that you think i would need. I basically would just like to know what needs to be done first... Before the official release..........................

All these things will follow if you do the one thing most people forget: Have recent, vaild, unique, and updated often content.

Oh i see...... so ill work on having updated music industry news, latest underground artists, latest producers, latest fashion, etc...?

and how do i make sure that people actually get to SEE THE SITE? where do i list it and how do i get it known? people cant like it if they dont see it...

co-op ad network over at digitalpoint.com is great way to promote a site and get good rankings in se's but content is most important of all.

Simply put, your site and all the content it can rape from it. Search engines find your site like everyone else, links. Starting a link exchange with other sites is a good way to get your name out there.

Also you might want to have a look over at TAZ (www.theadminzone.com).
