Spoiler code issue

Anyone using this spoiler code that puts the spoiler text or image in a collapseable text box?

I cant remember who made it except that had an anime site. Its been pretty useful but I think it broke in one of the ugrades and I've been trying to get it to work again and wondered if anyone knew about the fix?
